Any employee with a company Microsoft account. Every request is reviewed by an approver before an account is created.
Which profile should I choose?
Developer is for engineering work that needs code hosting, package registries and cloud consoles. Standard covers everyday work such as email, collaboration and research sites. If unsure, choose Standard; you can request a change later.
How long does access last?
Access is granted for a fixed period. You will get a reminder email two weeks before it ends and can request a renewal from the portal; your devices keep working without changes.
How many devices can I use?
Install your link on as many devices as you like. Your profile limits how many networks are connected at the same time.
Acceptable use
Use this service for work only and in line with company policy and local regulations. Your personal link must not be shared. Usage volume is monitored; websites you visit are not logged.
